Spielben & Co. is a real estate video production company based in Phuket. We film and photograph condos, villas and luxury estates across Phuket, the rest of Thailand and neighbouring countries, for property owners and real estate agencies.
A property is sold or rented on its first impression, and today that first impression is a video. From a straightforward listing film to a multi-day production for a signature villa, we work with two very different markets, and we built two very different offers for them.

Why such a difference in price?
Luxury: no compromise
Ultra-luxury properties are curated with the greatest care, and the film has to match. Attention to detail is extremely precise: every room is lit and framed, every amenity has its own coverage, and nothing is left to chance. We spend 2 to 3 days on-site with a crew of 2 to 3 operators, additional lighting and a certified drone operator. There is no economy of means.
Standard: the right film for the right market
Individual owners and agencies working in a different market need something else: a clean, effective film that shows the layout, the finishes and the views, delivered fast and at the right price. Different budget, different deliverables, and the same care in the shooting and the edit.

Luxury Villa Photography & Film

Each luxury real estate video production is built around the size of the villa, from 1 to 10+ bedrooms, and the level of coverage you need.

On a luxury shoot, we work room by room. Each room and amenity is lit with additional Aputure lighting and framed to show the architecture, the materials and the light. Photos go through post-production with colour grading and feedback rounds before delivery.

How our real estate video production works
- You send the property details: type, number of bedrooms, location.
- We confirm the package and the shooting date.
- Shooting on-site: 3 to 5 hours for a standard property, 2 to 3 days for a luxury villa.
- Editing and delivery: 5 business days for a standard film.
Drone footage
Aerial shots of the property, pool, surroundings and views, filmed by a certified drone operator. Included in luxury packages, + 5,000 THB on standard packages.
How to prepare your property for the shoot
A great property film starts before we arrive. Here is what we need from you:
- Property details: address, type, number of bedrooms, surface
- Photos from a previous shoot, if you have any
- A property that is fully ready: tidy and clean, beds made to perfection, windows and roofs cleaned, personal items removed
- Pool and exteriors cleaned
- All lights working
- Access to the property on the shooting day
- The features you want us to highlight
- Your agency logo and brand guidelines for the final edit
- Any automation in the property: lights that switch on automatically, fountains, pool pumps, anything that could disturb the shoot
