Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving a cancellation notice, the Video Production house will calculate the applicable cancellation fees based on the number of days prior to the shooting.
  • Refunds for any remaining balance (if applicable) will be processed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 14 days] from the date of cancellation.

Mitigating Circumstances (Force Majeure):

  • In the event of a Force Majeure, which refers to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as fire, earthquakes, labor strikes, war, civil unrest, tsunamis, or hurricanes, either party may cancel the shoot without incurring cancellation fees or the need for standard notice, without the threat of legal ramifications.
  • However, it is important to note that the client will still be responsible for reimbursing any expenses already incurred, such as production rental equipment and travel expenses, even in the case of a Force Majeure cancellation.

Rescheduling Option:

In some cases, the Video Production house may offer the option to reschedule the shoot without incurring cancellation fees, subject to availability and agreement between the parties.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shooting may be subject to additional fees or penalties beyond the standard cancellation fees.
